Welcome to the weatherpictures website. 2010 has so far produced it's fair share of cold and snowy weather .Below is a slide show of Photographs from the past months taken in and around Powys, Wales and Herefordshire. There is also a new Gallery and an updated Prints information page. Some new links have also been added including Ian Collins Photography.

Weatherpictures first hit the web in late 1999 as I started weekly blog of walks in the sorounding areas of Llandeilo Graban ,Powys. My faithful friend 'Meg' -a welsh collie dog was the reason for all the walks and opportunities for Weather Photography were plentiful .Living at 1300 ft ASL can produce some spectacular conditions and great viewpoints. Now some 10 years on I am based in rural Herefordshire, but sadly no faithful friend by my side now. I still make regular photographic trips to the higher climbs of Radnorshire and especially the Elan Valley.This is my original home area and has some of the most outstanding views particularly during the magic photographic times of dawn and dusk.
